### Проверка пользователя <a href="#user-verification" id="user-verification"></a>

Данный запрос использовать не обязательно, но он позволит вам проверить корректность заполнения поля email, а также предоставлять конечному пользователю подсказку о заполнении поля relictum (если ему предоставляется такая возможность), в случае, когда данный email уже зарегистрирован в криптобанке.

Данный запрос использовать не обязательно, если вы корректно обрабатываете callback-запросы от криптобанка об обновлении статусов транзакций, но он позволяет в любой момент проверить актуальное состояние любой транзакции в криптобанке.

Запрос позволяет создать заявку покупки USDR за выбранную криптовалюту. Ответом является информация о созданной заявке, в том числе идентификатор созданной заявки ID, который вам необходимо сохранить.
